ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Sales Representative for Daniel Fraire State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads provided by the agency
  • Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly. 
  • Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to foster trust with clients.
  • Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively promote insurance products.
  • Licensure: Must be able to obtain the appropriate state insurance licenses for the types of insurance sold (e.g., life, health, property, casualty).
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes and new products.

 
Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
